TeacherSpaceNY is a real estate company founded, in part, by teachers. Through partnerships with teaching and service corps in New York City, we provide brokerage services to New York City’s public, private, and charter school teachers, principals, and staff, as well as commercial tenants looking for schools, office space, tutoring centers, and more.

TeacherSpaceNY was founded in 2008 under the belief that a better real estate experience could be provided to the New York City education community. Since our founding, we have realized that working with educators is an extremely gratifying experience. As we’ve grown, we have strived to offer our clients more services while not losing touch with our original purpose.
